After relocating from Branford, Conn., William spent eight years on Captiva Island before setting his sights on mainland Southwest Florida. William has started or owned several companies in his more than 25 years of local real estate experience, including Realty Management Inc, White Glove Cleaning Service, First Mortgage Lending, On Time Processing and, most recently, iConnect Realty, LLC, where he primarily works with investors, lenders, developers and bulk transactions.  
Fun Fact: William previously worked with Prima Luce developer Bob MacFarlane on a successful project in Gateway.

Matt attended the University of Arkansas, where he played football from 1997-2000 and majored in advertising and public relations. After college he played professional Arena Football, and in 2004, he was recognized as Arena Football Offensive Player of the Year. After retiring from football, he took on the role of Marketing Director for 4M Sports and Entertainment in Orlando, where he soon became the Chief Operating Officer. In 2006 he started his own marketing company and moved to Southwest Florida, where he worked in the real estate industry selling land/home packages through various marketing channels including local and international investor seminars. His marketing company also teamed up with Child Watch of North America and Shell/Texaco to build a missing children’s network that aided in the search and rescue of missing children. In real 2010, he began working for Market America Realty, where he specialized in the successful  acquisition and disposition of single family, multi-family, new construction, land, and commercial assets. Throughout his real estate career he was a top producer at both Market America Realty and Domain Realty. In 2018, he teamed up with powerhouse agent William Noah to form iConnect Realty LLC.
Fun Fact: Matt starred as a football player in the Cuba Gooding Jr. film, "Radio."

Robert MacFarlane has long believed in the transformation of the downtown Fort Myers River District and has focused his own time, talent and treasure to achieve this vision. He, along with his team of professionals, has been successfully involved in residential and commercial real estate since the early 1970s, particularly in Southwest Florida. In addition to being an established developer in Lee County, Mr. MacFarlane has been recognized for his contributions in revitalizing downtown Fort Myers and working collaboratively with city officials since 2001. Overall, he and his team have played an integral role in the development of more than $2 billion in real estate transactions, development, construction and renovation endeavors. His previous projects in Fort Myers include downtown high-rises Beau Rivage, Riviera, and St. Tropez. His first retirement living community, Campo Felice, is in its second phase of development downtown.

Prior to joining The MacFarlane Group, Mrs. Barney was the Vice President of Real Estate Development for the non-profit South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation (SOBRO), where she oversaw project managers in the development of 20 large real estate projects. Prior to her work at SOBRO, Mrs. Barney served as the Senior Director of Business Development for Colt Gateway in Hartford, Connecticut, where she secured funding for the $190 million project. Prima Luce is spearheaded by the commitment of its Director of Operations, Dawn Geyser Chalanick. After 15 years as a successful Project Manager in Planning, Development, Training, Consulting & Information Technology, she was hired in early 2000’s as the project manager for High Point Place, a 32 story highrise, multi-tower condominium development in downtown Ft Myers. Dawn then moved to the B.S.R Group as their Managing Director where she was responsible for the purchase and demolition of an existing hotel and the creation, planning, design development for a 420 condominium 3 tower high rise mixed use project including a commercial component and a 49 boat slip marina. May of 2016, Dawn joined The Prima Luce team. As DO, Dawn is responsible for all aspects of the projects development, from planning, design, budgeting, construction, marketing and sales. She is the driving force of Prima Luce, ensuring the project runs smoothly and timely.

He is a leading adviser, skilled in architectural design and production methodologies of high-rise residential buildings and commercial structures. Recognized by his peers as a top manager, his vast portfolio consists of projects, in total, valued at over $500,000,000.   As an expert in determining the means and methods of building construction as it relates to costs, he is extremely knowledgeable of the regulations that govern land development and the constructability of a project. While spending decades producing documents for the construction of many large commercial structures, Richard became specialized in Building Information Modeling (BIM) procedures in order to enhance quality control between all disciplines of the architecture and engineering production.

Kiara Panio joined the Prima Luce team in early 2017. Working closely with the Director of Operations, Kiara's in charge of brainstorming and creating the majority of collateral needed for Prima Luce in-house. Her strengths lie in the areas of content creation (blogs, advertorials, web content), graphic design (print and digital advertisements, signage, fliers, brochures, etc.), event coordination, managing website design/updates, and social media management. Kiara graduated from FGCU with a degree in communication and concentration in public relations, and was quickly promoted from a marketing intern to a marketing coordinator at her previous place of employment, John Craig Clothier.
