Emilia Nuccio MacFarlane, Senior VP for Prima Luce Emilia Nuccio MacFarlane has more than 35 years of impressive experience in international media and entertainment, lending her expertise as the VP of Latin American Sales for BBC Worldwide Americas. She also held a variety of sales and marketing positions at Televisa, the Mexican media giant and Westinghouse Broadcasting, now CBS. Most recently she held the title of Senior Vice President and then Presidents of Echo Bridge Entertainment for which she was responsible for all international television, film distribution and worldwide digital distribution activities. From 2002 to 2008, Emilia directed marketing for her husband and Prima Luce developer, Robert MacFarlane. For his past properties in the Northeast, Emilia oversaw branding, community relations, and database management for multiple regional locations. Originally from Italy, Emilia is a graduate of Queens College and a recipient of a graduate fellowship in Spanish and Italian Languages and Literature at Yale University. She is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and French, with working knowledge of Portuguese and German. Emilia shares her time between Fort Myers, Florida and Rye, New York. Dawn then moved to the B.S.R Group as their Managing Director where she was responsible for the purchase and demolition of an existing hotel and the creation, planning, design development for a 420 condominium 3 tower high rise mixed use project including a commercial component and a 49 boat slip marina. May of 2016, Dawn joined The Prima Luce team. As DO, Dawn is responsible for all aspects of the projects development, from planning, design, budgeting, construction, marketing and sales. Richard D. Miner, Director of Design Richard D. Miner has obtained more than 30 years of professional experience in architecture and building construction. He is a leading adviser, skilled in architectural design and production methodologies of high-rise residential buildings and commercial structures. Recognized by his peers as a top manager, his vast portfolio consists of projects, in total, valued at over $500,000,000. As an expert in determining the means and methods of building construction as it relates to costs, he is extremely knowledgeable of the regulations that govern land development and the constructability of a project. While spending decades producing documents for the construction of many large commercial structures, Richard became specialized in Building Information Modeling (BIM) procedures in order to enhance quality control between all disciplines of the architecture and engineering production.
